Greetings from Talisman HR Solutions Join a leading global pharmaceutical MNC located in BKC Mumbai as an Accounts Executive Accounts Payable This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in SAP systems and knowledge of TDS and GST to contribute to a dynamic finance team Position Accounts Executive Accounts Payable Salary Range Basis current package and caliber Location BKC Mumbai Work Timing 9 00 AM to 5 30 PM Working Days Mon-Fri As an Accounts Executive Accounts Payable you will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices supporting the accounting team and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee expense claims Key Responsibilities Vendor Invoice Booking Process vendor invoices through the SAP system VIM and Workflow ensuring they match with Purchase Orders POs Agreements or Rate Contracts Knowledge of TDS Tax Deducted at Source and GST Goods and Services Tax is highly beneficial to ensure compliance during the invoice booking process Team Support Assist the team with daily operational tasks including preparing reports and managing the MIS Management Information System for smooth functioning of accounts payable operations Employee Expense Claim Processing Verify and process employee expense claims both for Head Office and field staff in line with the companys policies either via the Concur System or manually Ensure timely processing of claims while maintaining accurate records Requirements Experience working with SAP VIM and Workflow Familiarity with TDS and GST regulations Proficiency in managing and processing employee expense claims Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
