About The Role

Were seeking a Product Designer who thrives on data-informed design. Youll use analytics and research insights to design features that are not only intuitive but also optimized for measurable outcomes.

What Youll Do

- Partner with analytics teams to identify insights from user data.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into design improvements.
- Create prototypes and test variations to validate design hypotheses.
- Iterate designs based on experiment results and performance metrics.
- Ensure product experiences balance user needs with business impact.

What Were Looking For

- 35 years of product design experience with data-informed work.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or data dashboards.
- Strong prototyping and iterative design skills.
- Portfolio showcasing measurable design outcomes.
- A balance of analytical thinking and user empathy.
