The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing quality systems, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory adherence. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, Biotechnology, or related fields. - Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in the cosmetics/personal care industry. - Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, BIS, FDA requirements, and cosmetic regulatory guidelines. - Experience handling audits, CAPA, change control, and QMS implementation. - Excellent analytical skills, decision-making ability, and team leadership qualities. - Strong communication and documentation skills.
