Job Title PEO Project Manager Location Pune Hybrid Experience 12 14 Years Minimum 5 years in Infrastructure Domain Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery of platform projects from initiation to closure Develop maintain and track project plans schedules and milestones using tools such as MS Planner MS Project Jira or equivalent Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Security Customer Success and Finance to meet delivery goals Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication Monitor project health identify risks and resolve issues or escalate when necessary Track and report on KPIs budgets and timelines for leadership visibility Organize and facilitate stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and status updates Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure lessons learned are captured Align working hours with UK business hours 8 AM 6 PM for collaboration with EMEA teams Requirements 12 14 years of total experience with at least 5 years managing infrastructure platform delivery projects Proven track record in software delivery management Agile and Waterfall Strong exposure to AWS services and cloud platforms no deep technical expertise required Hands-on experience with project management tools Jira Confluence MS Project Planner etc Strong understanding of platform technologies and infrastructure management Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills Experience managing project budgets risks and timelines Familiarity with Agile Scrum or hybrid methodologies Project management certifications Agile PM PRINCE2 PMI preferred Knowledge of IT governance risk and compliance in cloud projects is an added advantage Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
