Officer Company Milan Labs Website www milanlabs com Location Dahej industrial area Bharuch district Gujarat Source local candidates nearby districts of Bharuch district Notice Period - Candidate need to join within 15 days Department Manufacturing Production Experience 1 - 3 Years in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time On-Site Annual Salary Range CTC - 2 80 000 - 4 20 000 About Milan Labs Milan Labs is a dynamic and quality-focused pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing manufacturing and marketing a diverse portfolio of formulations that meet the highest global standards Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dahej is designed to comply with cGMP norms ensuring we deliver safe effective and high-quality medicines to improve patient lives worldwide Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Officer to join our Production team at our Dahej plant The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Tablets Capsules Injectables or Ointments You will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical manufacturing operations ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures SOPs cGMP guidelines and safety protocols to achieve production targets without compromising on quality Key Responsibilities Production Operations Execute and monitor various manufacturing processes such as granulation compression coating capsule filling vial filling visual inspection or packaging as per the Batch Manufacturing Record BMR Documentation Accurately and timely complete all production-related documentation like BMR BPR logbooks and other GMP documents Ensure all data is recorded in real-time Quality Compliance Strictly adhere to all SOPs cGMP GLP and safety guidelines Actively participate in internal quality audits and ensure the area is always audit-ready Machine Operation Efficiency Operate and monitor critical equipment like Compression Machine e g Fette Korsch Coating Machine e g Ganson Capsule Filling Machine e g Bosch MG2 Vial Filling and Sealing machine etc Achieve the desired output and efficiency levels Line Clearance Perform line clearance before initiating a new batch or product changeover to prevent cross-contamination and mix-up Team Coordination Work effectively under the guidance of the Executive or Manager and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Quality Assurance QA Quality Control QC and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations Safety Follow all personal and process safety procedures Report any unsafe acts conditions or incidents immediately Continuous Improvement Participate in root cause analysis for deviations and contribute to corrective and preventive actions CAPA Suggest ideas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement Required Qualifications Skills Education B Pharma M Pharma B Sc Chemistry M Sc Chemistry or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution Experience 1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in the production department of a pharmaceutical formulation plant Technical Knowledge o In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and unit operations o Strong understanding of cGMP GLP and regulatory requirements o Familiarity with documentation practices as per pharmaceutical standards Personal Skills o Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines o Proactive responsible and result-oriented attitude What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package as per industry standards Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility A stable and rewarding career path in a growing pharmaceutical company Continuous learning and development environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 280 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
