Job Summary The Blood Bank Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the blood bank department ensuring efficient and accurate processing of blood products for transfusion Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the activities of blood bank staff Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Oversee inventory management of blood products and supplies Perform venipuncture blood sampling and phlebotomy as needed Conduct laboratory procedures including ELISA testing and RNA extraction Provide training to staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols Monitor vital signs and patient responses during blood donation or transfusion procedures Skills Proficiency in blood banking procedures and CT analysis Strong knowledge of anatomy and laboratory protocols Experience with venipuncture techniques and blood sample collection Ability to phlebotomize patients efficiently and safely Familiarity with ELISA testing methods and RNA extraction processes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
