We engage our young learners through creative, purposeful and holistic learning experiences while building out a pioneering school which focuses on learning through the joy of play. The Papagoya School caters to diverse student learning styles and needs, through the application of a wide range of teaching techniques, particularly in mathematics, literacy and in integrated, thematic-based and project-based learning experiences

Job Location: Papagoya Micro-School, Kumarapark

Responsibilities:

- Support the professional management and operation of the micro-school.
- Foster positive relationships with parents, fellow teachers, and management.
- Work full-time with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch.

Key Skills We Seek:

- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Master's Degree in Education
- Passion for alternative education models and enjoyment of working with young learners.
- Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills.
- Comfort in teaching Math, Science & English
- Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach.
- Strong interest or working knowledge in the Primary years.
- Ability and willingness to adapt and learn.
- Desire to be involved in building a micro-school from the ground up.
