About the Role Grade Level for internal use 10 The Senior Specialist IT Project Management the role is an essential project leader in delivering projects on time within budget aligned with strategic goals Overseeing and providing project status updates issues risks to the project team working closely with technology delivery leads in finalizing requirements with product team Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion Develop project plans including scope timelines resources and budget Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and management Implement project management best practices and methodologies Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations Develop key stakeholder relationships Qualifications Bachelor s degree in information technology Project Management or a related field Overall professional experience 3 - 5 years Financial Service experience and understanding of functionality Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects Understanding of software development methodologies e g Agile Waterfall Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project JIRA Trello Smartsheet Highly proficient in MS
