Job Description

We are seeking skilled mid level position ( Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager) professionals in Data Analytics and Data Science to harness data across various facets of airline operations. The ideal candidate will drive insights, automation, and decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and dashboarding solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Prior experience in airline or transportation industry is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and its advanced reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of data validation, statistical inference, and collaborative filtering.
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience in automating reporting workflows and improving data accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive dashboards and automated reports using Python and Power BI.
- Perform data mining, text analytics, and statistical analysis including classification, regression, time series forecasting, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling.
- Design and deploy Power BI reports using advanced features like DAX, filters, parameters, hierarchies, and calculated fields.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot application issues, and provide configuration support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems, clarify objectives, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Evaluate data quality, define data requirements, and apply statistical tests and mathematical principles for analysis.
- Research and implement tools to automate processes within OCC and improve operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify issues, propose innovative solutions, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
