Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using the Ab Initio suite in both on-premise and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
Develop meta programming solutions and framework components to enhance the functionality of the Ab Initio suite.
Orchestrate and automate data workflows across multiple systems and environments, ensuring seamless integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture and solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to data pipeline execution, and ensure high availability and performance.
Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into optimized data pipeline solutions.
Mandatory Skills
✔ Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with the Ab Initio suite in both on-premise and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
✔ Deep understanding of meta programming and framework development within the Ab Initio ecosystem.
✔ Extensive experience in end-to-end data pipeline orchestration using Ab Initio, from extraction to transformation and loading (ETL).
✔ Proven experience in how different Ab Initio products communicate with each other in on-premise deployments.
✔ Proven experience in how different Ab Initio products communicate with each other in Kubernetes (K8s) deployments.
✔ Strong knowledge of data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
✔ Familiarity with cloud-based data services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data engineering tools.
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex integration and performance issues.
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
