Job Description Senior Operations Analyst Position Overview Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst Location: Pune, India Role Description - You as a Senior Analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity (Static amendments and set-up's on various applications used by Front office, Middle office and Back office) as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. - You need to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. You should ensure that all queries related to routine activities are responded to within the time frame specified.
