Company Overview We are a growing industrial solutions provider specializing in advanced lubrication systems representing American Centralised Lubrication Systems Our mission is to deliver reliable and efficient lubrication solutions to various industrial sectors including manufacturing construction mining and heavy industries Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to lead business development and marketing efforts for Centralised Lubrication Systems The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales building customer relationships and providing technical support and solutions to clients Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for Lincoln lubrication systems Meet with prospective customers conduct product presentations and understand client requirements Provide technical consultation and support to customers regarding lubrication systems and solutions Prepare and submit quotations proposals and technical documentation Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Coordinate with the internal technical team for project execution and after-sales support Represent the company in trade shows exhibitions and industry events Key Requirements Qualification Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related technical field Experience 2-5 years of industrial sales experience preferably in lubrication systems hydraulics pneumatics or capital equipment Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain product features and benefits Proven sales track record with excellent negotiation and closing skills Good communication interpersonal and presentation abilities Ability to travel as required for client visits and site meetings Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Prior experience with Lincoln or other lubrication systems is a strong advantage Existing network in industries like cement steel mining construction or heavy engineering sectors Remuneration Attractive salary package with sales incentives and travel allowances commensurate with experience and qualifications
