We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Accountant to assist in our accounting department As a Junior Accountant you will support the company with a variety of tasks including but not limited to maintaining financial records processing invoices reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in accounting Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end year-end closing processes Support the preparation of financial reports and statements Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and regulatory requirements Tally of all Stocks Process and verify employee expense reports Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word etc Familiarity with accounting software e g Tally Busy or similar Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous internship or experience in accounting is a plus but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Internet reimbursement Application Question s What accounting software are you familiar with How do you ensure accuracy and attention to detail when completing tasks such as invoicing or data entry Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
