Quality Assurance Team Leader Location Sri Kalahasti Andhra Pradesh Experience 6-8 Years Work Mode Onsite Objective Ensure all products manufactured and distributed by the bottling operation conform to specifications through assurance of processes from supply to consumer Support identification planning documentation and management of practices to meet quality goals and objectives Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with quality management and quality assurance activities in bottling operations per company guidelines Ensure finished goods conform to statutory and company specifications Monitor assess and improve process capabilities in the plant Conduct required tests on raw materials packaging materials WIP and finished products at specified frequencies Ensure availability and calibration of inspection testing equipment and chemical reagents Maintain operational control and quality compliance of syrup water treatment effluent treatment and mixer production processes Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials intermediates auxiliary materials and finished products Establish traceability and product identification for raw materials and finished products Drive GMP adherence culture in the plant Address customer consumer complaints derive root causes and implement corrective preventive actions Maintain documentation document control and records per Quality and Food Safety management systems Conduct internal audits and implement corrective action plans Monitor and drive business and QA KPIs developing trends and improvements Work with corporate teams for validation of new products projects and execute pilot runs at the plant Monitor changeover times and develop process improvement opportunities Key Customers Bottlers in the region cross-functional teams suppliers corporate team Requirements Qualification Graduate Post-Graduate in Chemistry or Food Technology Experience 6-8 years in QA QC in the beverage industry Functional Skills Beverage Production Process Control Maintenance Engineering Materials Management Financial Management Statistical Process Control Tools Presentation Skills Job Type Full-time
