In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information across internal systems. The ideal candidate is accurate, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. Key Responsibilities - Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms. - Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing. - Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries. - Maintain well-organised digital and physical records. - Assist in preparing reports and supporting general administrative tasks. - Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and accurate data handling. Qualifications & Skills - High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in administration are an advantage. - Strong typing accuracy and good attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. - Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks. - Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic. Preferred Attributes - Previous experience in data entry or administrative support. - Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in fast-paced environments. - Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
