About the Role:

We are looking for a detail oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in client payment follow-ups, ledger updates and account reconciliation, this role offers a stable and growth-driven environment.

What Youll Do:

- Professionally follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep records updated for invoices, receipts, and balances.
- Work closely with accounts and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports to support management decisions.

What Were Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in accounting or ledger management.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
