Job Description Key Responsibilities: SQL Development: - Design and develop T-SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. - Optimize SQL queries and database performance. - Manage and maintain SQL Server databases and data integration processes (ETL). - Develop reports using SSRS, Power BI, or other reporting tools. - Ensure database integrity, backup, and recovery procedures. SharePoint Development: - Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint Online / On-Prem solutions (sites, lists, libraries, workflows). - Implement SharePoint web parts, forms, and templates using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx. - Integrate SharePoint with external systems and databases using REST APIs or custom solutions. - Manage SharePoint permissions, access control, and user roles. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in SQL development and SharePoint customization. - Proficient in T-SQL, SSMS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and workflows. - Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and InfoPath. - Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS for front-end SharePoint customization. - Good problem-solving and communication skills. Desirable Skills: - Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React. - Knowledge of Power BI or other BI/reporting tools. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration and security best practices. - Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server and/or SharePoint (preferred). - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
