cum Scrum Master for Data Analytics you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies within our organisation teams work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses following Agile Way of Working with continuous improvement while delivering high quality increments Additionally you will serve as a team coach and mentor them - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently With their commitment to management of New First time projects Presentation to customers about Data Analytics Competence capability Client Management- Relationship building seeking feedback status update Requirement gathering and scope understanding Involve in Requirement Gathering of all new projects additional requirement Assist updating the competence development and skill development to management As a Scrum Master Facilitate Kick off Meetings Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective Facilitate giving Demos along with developers and Taking client Feedback Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team s progress and their quick resolution with help from stakeholders Lead and help team adopt agile scrum methodology Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders using Atlassian Tools Jira Confluence Owner of all the kanban and scrum bords of assigned projects of the team where you belong - Ensure the completeness in terms of updating the scrum kanban boards Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products solutions on time Ensure that the team follows the Scrum safe and adheres to Agile principles and values Coaching the team in self-management Helping the team focus on creating an increment of value each iteration Ensuring that all team events take place are productive and kept within the timebox Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability Contribute and support Product Owner stakeholders and team in preparing collecting and eliciting the requirement as writing stories is a joint Scrum Team effort Key responsibilities and accountabilities Skills and Experience Partner with stakeholders across business units ex sales production logistics sourcing finance etc to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively and efficiently with stakeholders Evaluate analyse and communicate systems requirements following Atlassian Tools on a continual basis including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations Have knowledge experience of the Software Development Lifecycle An appreciation understanding of the need to create good quality reporting solutions suitable for a large enterprise Providing informal guidance and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team s objectives Providing customer insights as new initiatives are being identified prioritized implemented and deployed Helping software and data teams apply the Scrum framework Planning deliverables and contribute to better team s performance Facilitate in resolving issues that hinder the teams work Competences You are a team player and able Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Scrum master certification PSM1 PSMII A-CSM SAFe Scrum Master is a plus General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge and experience of Azure DevOps is an added advantage Creating the environment for continuous improvement Supporting the overall agile transformation Stakeholder management You can discuss with stakeholders about their requirements and clearly communicate back your understanding of the requirements You can work with the stakeholders to understand the big picture and work towards it Educate users regarding the functionalities provided and train them in using the visualization tool efficiently Work with team members and other users from the organization at different levels for performance improvement and suggestions Must have Communication skills Conflict resolution Facilitation Collaboration Agile methodologies Coaching Mentoring Project management Scrum Ceremonies Nice to have Knowledge experience of Microsoft Azure applications Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master CSM or Professional Scrum Master PSM Microsoft data engineering Power BI knowledge is a nice to have Knowledge Excellent knowledge of SCRUM techniques and artifacts such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement Good analytical skills You feel comfortable working with numbers data e g collecting and analysing trend graphs combining the info with insights from ERP and previous site visits to come to a sound conclusion You are fluent in English both written and spoken Personality requirements You like open communication and enjoy working
