Role Description: This is a full-time role, we're seeking a Sales/Marketing Professional based at Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You'll promote our products, manage sales and customer service, and build relationships with customers and partners at both states. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives - Manage customer relationships, sales teams, and distribution networks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and marketing initiatives - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions - Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand presence Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the Technical Textiles / Home Textiles segment - Proven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadership - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-centric skills - Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities - Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages (verbal and written) - Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and suppliers - Ability to travel extensively between Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Desirable Skills: - Experience in new product development, branding, and digital marketing - Knowledge of textile industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes - Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and market research methodologies - Six Sigma or any related certifications (added advantage) Experience: >5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Technical Textiles.
