Job Description Key Responsibilities - - We are seeking a strong QA Lead with proven experience in Trade Regulatory Reporting to manage testing delivery at a program level - The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting platforms - Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a significant advantage - Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects within the Trade Regulatory Reporting domain - Define and implement test strategies plans and processes aligned with program goals - Coordinate with cross functional teams including development business analysts and compliance to ensure comprehensive test coverage Job Description - Grade Specific Required Skills Experience - Strong experience in Trade Regulatory Reporting eg MiFID II EMIR SFTR Dodd Frank - Proven track record of managing QA delivery at a program level - Handson experience with test management tools and automation frameworks - Excellent understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies - Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills - Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus
