Our Client is a Leading MNC in the Semiconductor industry, building state-of-the-art technology for wafer manufacturing
Job Description
- Designing and developing complex mechanical systems or sub-systems pertaining to gas, liquid chemical delivery, thermal and control systems
- Owing complete lifecycle from Concept Development to launch of a system or sub-system covering concepts in domain of structural , thermal , fluid flow and pneumatic engineering. Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience preferred
- Validating designs and managing technical risks through proper engineer analysis techniques (DfX, FMEA), planning tests, and proper documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional global teams to integrate sub-systems, select and qualify OEM components, and ensure manufacturability and cost targets
- Leading structured investigations through various RCCA methods and resolving issues, while discovering new method to enhance existing design standard
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in creating specifications and designing hydraulic or pneumatic fluid transfer systems, component selection and performing hand-calculations for system or sub-system design.
They should be proficient in problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Why, Fishbone etc), design techniques (DfX, FMEA), analysis, communication and handling multiple stakeholders globally.
