Job Description Location: On-site (Bengaluru, India) Experience: 02 years About the Role We're looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer who loves bringing ideas to life through visually refined interfaces and thoughtful interactions. You'll collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to design end-to-end product experiences acrossBik.ais suite of AI-powered tools. From early concepts to polished prototypes, you'll shape how thousands of users experience our technology. AtBik.ai, design isn't decoration it's how we make AI feel intuitive, human, and powerful. You'll get hands-on exposure to AI prototyping tools, contribute to major product initiatives, and grow your design voice within a talented, fast-moving team. Responsibilities * Design clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces for web and SaaS products. * Translate ideas and user flows into pixel-perfect Figma designs and interactive prototypes. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless design execution. * Explore layout, hierarchy, and interaction design to build intuitive, user-friendly experiences. * Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly. * Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the product suite. Requirements * 02 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (internships and freelance experience count). * Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric, digital product design - ideally in B2B, SaaS tools * Proficiency in Figma - including components, variables, and prototyping. * Good grasp in other common design tools ( Adobe suite, Canva etc ) * Understanding of visual design principles (typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy). * Awareness of UX fundamentals * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. * Bonus: Experience or interest in micro-interactions, motion design, or AI-assisted design workflows.
