b Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join our healthcare team The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies building and maintaining client relationships and promoting our healthcare products and services Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets - Identify and target new business opportunities within the healthcare sector - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals institutions and key stakeholders - Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients - Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare products and services - Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures flyers and digital content - Manage online and offline marketing channels including social media email marketing and events - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare products and services - Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product features and benefits - Analyze sales and areas for improvement - Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing activities Qualifications and Skills - Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field - Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the healthcare industry - Skills - Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry regulations - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel as required - Knowledge of medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare services - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements Job Types Full-time PermanentPay From xe2 x82 xb940 000 00 per monthBenefits Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule Day shiftMorning shiftRotational shiftWork Location In person
