Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end **Demat Operations** including Transmission, Modification, Duplicate & Deletion requests  - Manage 10-15 team members in **Depository Operations**  - Ensure regulatory compliance for all **Transaction Management** activities  - Resolve client escalations and coordinate with intermediaries  - Maintain TAT as per SEBI/Depository guidelines  Mandatory Requirements:- **5+ years in Demat Operations** (RTA/Financial Services)  - **Proven Team Handling** experience (10-15 members)  - Expertise in **Depository Operations, Transaction Management & Modification**  - Strong knowledge of SEBI/NSDL/CDSL regulations  - Advanced MS Office + English communication  Required Skills DP Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience in NSDL / CDSL operations modules (e.g., SPEED-e, Easiest, DPM, etc.) Accounting & Reconciliation: Understanding of stock holding statements, settlement obligations, and depository balances. Regulatory Compliance: Familiar with SEBI regulations, DP guidelines, and audit processes. Technology Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel, depository back-office software, CRM tools (if any). Client Handling: Excellent communication skills, patience, and professional service attitude.
