Job description Handling all Accounts Finance including Taxation and related activities with the help of accounts team Monitoring of Expenses Maintain financial discipline and stock Audit Book of Accounts and Balance sheet finalisation Liaison with Auditors and Banks and Department 1 Accounting and Bookkeeping A Supervision of daily transaction posting on basis of proper supporting in Tally of entire group B Managing Accounts payables by processing bill payments on and before due date on the basis on their decided payment terms Financial discipline monitor expenses C Managing of Accounts Receivables by follow up with internal sales team for collection of due debtors D Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements of each company 2 Banking and Finance A Submission of all relevant financials follows up reports and other relevant documents for credit and other limits as required by banks B Handling trade finance in cost effective manner for WC limits C Preparation of CMA Data for Project Financing and Renewal Follow up D Meeting with Banker and external stock auditor as and when required E Timely arrangement of finance for smooth working at company F Find out alternatives for cheaper credit as when required 3 Audits A Coordinating with Internal Tax and Statutory Auditors during relevant Audits B Reconciliation and Internal Auditing of Purchase and Billing Department C Preparing of various Reports Annexure while coordinating with Auditors D Physicals Stock at all plant and company time to time 4 Taxation A Ensuring timely filing for Quarterly TDS Return B Preparing and Presenting Income tax GST reply to the Authority C Preparation of details for Income Tax or GST scrutinizes D Submission of all relevant taxation return- GST TDS on time E Handling and liaising with government department for inquiry and assessments 5 MIS Reporting to Management A Preparing reports regarding Budgeting Variance Reporting to the management every month B Analysis of financial information and preparation of various MIS report regarding Collection Target Due Payments Cash flows as measure of financial control on monthly basis C Mini balance Sheet monthly preparation Website http www jaigroup com Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Accounts and Finance 8 years Preferred Work Location In person
