Job Title TGT Physics Trained Graduate Teacher Job Summary The TGT Physics teacher will be responsible for teaching physics to students in the specific class range e g 9th to 12th grade and ensuring that students gain a thorough understanding of the subject This includes preparing lesson plans conducting practical experiments evaluating student performance and fostering an engaging learning environment Key Responsibilities Teaching and Instruction Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons in Physics covering theoretical and practical aspects Explain key concepts in mechanics electricity and magnetism optics thermodynamics and modern physics in a clear and comprehensive manner Use appropriate teaching aids such as multimedia presentations models and laboratory equipment to enhance student learning Integrate both practical and theoretical knowledge to help students understand real-world applications of physics Curriculum Development Develop and implement a detailed and effective curriculum for Physics that aligns with the schools educational goals and standards Prepare worksheets assignments quizzes and exams to assess students understanding and progress Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and student needs Classroom Management Create a positive and disciplined learning environment conducive to both academic and personal growth Ensure the classroom is organized and that students follow safety protocols during practical lessons and experiments Address student queries clarify doubts and provide additional support as needed Assessment and Evaluation Conduct regular assessments assignments and quizzes to monitor students academic progress Provide constructive feedback and work with students to improve their understanding Grade assignments projects and exams in a timely manner ensuring fair and accurate evaluation Student Engagement and Motivation Foster a passion for science and learning in students by encouraging curiosity and creativity Motivate students to participate in extra-curricular activities related to science such as science fairs Olympiads and experiments Identify and address the individual academic needs and potential of students Parent-Teacher Communication Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their childs progress strengths and areas of improvement Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student performance and behavior RequirementsRequired Qualifications Educational Qualification A Bachelors Degree in Physics B Sc Physics or equivalent A B Ed Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification Experience Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting preferred Experience with CBSE ICSE or other national curricula is a plus Skills and Abilities Strong command over physics concepts and practical knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a simple and understandable manner Good classroom management skills Patience creativity and problem-solving abilities Other Requirements Familiarity with modern teaching aids technologies and e-learning platforms Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time-management skills BenefitsSalary 30000 to 45000 maximum depends upon experience and performance in the interview Accommodation will be provided
