Job Description

Market Research Customer Advocacy

- Conduct market research toidentifytrends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in the energy sector.
- Collect andanalyzefeedback from installers and end users toidentifypain points and translate them into actionable product improvements.
- Maintain and update Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) to ensure alignment with evolving customer and market needs.

Product Roadmapand Release Documentation

- Define and prioritize product features and system requirements for next-generationgateway and controller for Enphase s products.
- Develop andmaintaindetailed release plans with product management, sales, and engineering teams.
- Create and deliver internal and external release notes forsoftware releases

Cross-Functional Collaboration Execution

- Work closely with engineering, quality, reliability, training, and customer support teams to ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, such as new product introductions and beta programs, ensuring agile and market-responsive execution.

Sales Enablement

- Support sales teams byparticipatingin customer meetings and developing marketing collaterals, presentations, and training materials.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in product management, software development, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Fondness for a fast-paced, hardworking, entrepreneurial culture.
- Customer-driven attitude with the desire to succeed and emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience in IoT gatewayor energy managementproductsina softwaredevelopment/planning role.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional team settings.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with global (onshore and offshore) teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree (Master s in Engineeringor MBA) from a reputed institution,demonstratinga strong foundationin technical and business acumen.
- Proventrack recordof managing complex projects and driving agile product development initiatives.
