Note It is contract job for 3 Months Immediate Joiner Required Job profile AccountantDuration 03 Months Contract job Experience 1-2 YearsLocation AhmedabadSalary 20K - 25K CTC P MJoining ImmediateWe are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team for a 3-month contract position The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and have hands-on experience in managing various financial functions Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Manage and monitor accounts receivable processesPrepare and send invoices to clientsFollow up on overdue paymentsReconcile accounts receivable accountsAccounts Payable Process and verify vendor invoicesEnsure timely payment of vendor invoicesReconcile accounts payable accountsTDS Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable tax lawsPrepare and file TDS returnsPayroll Process payroll for employees including salaries taxes and other deductionsEnsure timely and accurate salary disbursementMaintain employee records and payroll documentationAccrued Expenses Accrue expenses that have been incurred but not yet invoiced or paidEnsure accurate recording of accrued expensesPrepaid Expenses Record and monitor prepaid expensesAllocate prepaid expenses to appropriate periodsPostpaid Expenses Process and record postpaid expensesEnsure timely payment of postpaid billsGST Ensure compliance with GST regulationsPrepare and file GST returnsHandle GST input credit and output tax calculationsRequired Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software e g Tally Excellent knowledge of TDS and GST regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamImmediate JoiningLocation AhmedabadContract Duration 3 months
