MIDAS School of Entrepreneurship offers a one-of-its-kind 1-Year PGDME program designed to empower young minds to launch startups or scale family businesses through hands-on, real-world learning. Our approach is creative, experiential, and unorthodox just like the entrepreneurs we shape.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive (Admission Counsellor) who can build meaningful conversations with aspiring entrepreneurs and guide them to make the right decision in choosing MIDAS. Youll be the voice of the brand helping students and parents understand the value of an experiential entrepreneurship education.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential applicants via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Build genuine rapport with students and parents; understand their aspirations and career goals.
- Explain the program structure, value proposition, and future outcomes of the PGDME course.
- Nurture leads through the funnel from inquiry to application to enrollment.
- Maintain a lead management system (CRM) and share timely updates with the team.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for events, webinars, or info sessions.
- Represent MIDAS in a professional yet friendly manner across touchpoints.

What We&aposre Looking For

- 24 years of experience in a sales, inside sales, customer success, or counselling role.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
- Hindi proficiency is a bonus (not mandatory).
- Warm, engaging personality youre a natural when it comes to building trust and making people feel comfortable.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand concerns and resolve doubts.
- Ability to convince and inspire students to pursue a non-traditional, creative business education.
- Prior experience in education is welcome, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using CRM or lead tracking tools.
