About Position: We are Looking for Lead having good experience in implementing and leading of Microsoft power platform as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Must be proficient with the complete Power platform implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment Role: Microsoft Power App Lead Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 10+ years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Deep understanding of Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven basics), Azure, Azure Foundry, AI Builder, Azure Apps Advanced Power Automate flows and orchestration Dataverse security model and table-level permissions CI/CD Pipeline setup with Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines Code Review (Solution Checker, Power CAT ALM Accelerator tools) Performance troubleshooting (delegation, control rendering, concurrency) Managing Custom Security Roles and Teams in Dataverse Client requirement gathering, grooming, and solutioning Coordinating sprint reviews and deployments. Healthcare compliance knowledge (PHI/PII handling, audit trails) Environment strategy & layered architecture Creator Kit usage for standard UI/UX Hands-on with Power BI report setup & embedding License management understanding CoPilot/AI feature enablement strategy Expertise You'll Bring: 10+ IT experience with 8+ years of recent experience as in Microsoft power platform. Ability to lead the design, development and deployment of scalable solutions using Power apps, Power automate, and power virtual. Demonstrated experience leading power platform development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and solutions governance. Expertise in architecting solution across Microsoft ecosystem (Power platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure) with a strong understanding of Dataverse and data modeling. Ability to mentor junior developers and upskill teams, while promoting adoption of power platform across the organization. Staying current with Microsoft roadmap, community best practice, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
