Job Description This role is intended for a highly motivated self-starter in creating excellent learning experiences. You keep up with learning technology developments and the field of commercial training to design and re-design engaging and interactive content, provide a deeper understanding of the subject matter and relate better to the targeted learners. You enjoy both the design workflow and the learning structure and have never met a topic you couldn't develop training for. You have a willingness to work very hard to see your vision through to reality, with a strong eye for visual appeal and graphic design. Projects and initiatives will vary.
