We’re Hiring | Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Developer Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift: Day Shift About the Role We are looking for a Senior Developer with 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain will be an added advantage. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions using OTBI/OBIEE to meet business requirements. - Design and implement complex reports using Oracle XML Publisher and BI Publisher. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and implement system enhancements. - Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts for improved system performance and data accuracy. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Oracle applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM. - Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives. - Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and best practices. - Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and user guides. - Conduct testing, validation, and deployment of new features to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Work closely with business analysts to understand and address user requirements effectively. Required Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in: - Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI / OBIEE - Oracle XML Publisher - Oracle BI Publisher - SQL and PL/SQL - Proven ability to develop and maintain complex Oracle applications. - Expertise in Oracle reporting tools and data visualization. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. - Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. - Experience in the Cards & Payments domain preferred. Certifications Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent certification in Oracle Cloud technologies is required.
