Key Objectives - Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. - Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis. - Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to drive organic growth. - Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics. - Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO best practices. Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams. - Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for SEO. - Implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority. - Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. - Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed. - Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. - Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements. - Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the IT or digital services sector. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. - Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. - Experience with website analytics and performance metrics. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
