What You’ll Do - Define the visual style and creative direction for all CG productions. - Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of CG artists. - Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Technical Supervisors to align art and production goals. - Create visual guidelines, style frames, and reference materials. - Review storyboards, layouts, and renders to ensure consistency and top-tier quality. - Partner with technical teams to enhance workflows and solve production challenges. What You Bring - 7+ years in CG/VFX/gaming/animation, with 3+ years in art direction or team leadership. - A strong portfolio showcasing artistic vision and CG expertise. - Mastery of industry-standard tools and deep understanding of the 3D production pipeline. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to balance creative ambition with deadlines and budgets. - Apply now: hr@creativefactory.net.in or DM us
