Area coordinator: This is a Target based field work job. It is mandatory for the candidate to have his own two-wheeler along with driving license. The candidate has to visit the schools of Nagpur city and meet the principal. He has to contact the principal and give information about our Foundation. Cancer awareness programs have to be organized in every school. Reporting of the work given has to be done every day. And the work given by the organization has to be done with honesty and integrity.Key Responsibilities 1. Field Outreach & Engagement Visit schools across Nagpur city to establish contacts with school principals and administrative staff. Present and explain the organization’s objectives, initiatives, and programs effectively. Build long-term relationships with school authorities to ensure program participation and collaboration. 2. Program Implementation Organize and coordinate cancer awareness programs and other initiatives in each school. Ensure programs are conducted smoothly, following the guidelines and objectives set by the organization. Manage resources, materials, and logistics required for school programs. 3. Target Achievement & Reporting Meet the assigned field targets related to school visits and program execution. Maintain a daily report of schools visited, contacts made, and programs conducted. Submit reports to supervisors or management on time and with accuracy. 4. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact between schools and the organization. Address queries or concerns from school authorities professionally and promptly. Coordinate with the field team to share updates, challenges, and suggestions for improvement. 5. Integrity & Commitment Execute all tasks assigned by the organization with honesty, integrity, and accountability. Maintain a professional demeanor representing the organization positively in all interactions. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and field protocols. Skills and Competencies Core Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school principals and staff. Ability to manage targets efficiently and work independently in the field. Basic organizational skills to plan school visits, programs, and reporting.
