Principal Backend Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Principal Backend Engineer to lead and transform our backend engineering strategies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership in designing enterprise-wide backend solutions, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring teams to create cutting-edge, scalable software infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the architectural design of complex, enterprise-scale backend systems.

- Drive strategic decisions in microservices architecture and backend technology adoption.

- Design and implement advanced API ecosystems for large-scale enterprise applications.

- Develop innovative approaches to solving complex backend engineering challenges.

- Mentor and guide backend engineering teams in advanced technical solutions.

- Define and establish backend engineering standards across the organization.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in backend software development.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale backend infrastructure transformations.

- Expert-level expertise in microservices architecture and design.

- Advanced knowledge of enterprise-grade API development and integration.

- Deep expertise in database technologies and large-scale system design.

- Advanced level of English.
