Company Name VARITE India Private Limited About The Client Client is an American multinational corporation known for its wide range of consumer products including personal care items tissue and hygiene products With a global presence it has established itself as a leader in its industry focusing on innovation sustainability and customer satisfaction About The Job As part of Digital Core Transformation team you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Coupa and surround system SAP S4Hana capabilities supporting Procurement business processes We re looking for someone who has experience supporting teams project management and values strong vendor partnerships This is your opportunity to experience working cross-culturally in a global setup with peers leaders teams across geographies You will co-create with technology professionals in a unique environment that fosters and supports original thinking You ll drive digital solutions that better serve consumers customers and employees What s more You ll be helping to create products that help individuals experience more of what s important to them Get ready Every day we re fueled by ingenuity creativity and an understanding of people s most essential needs Essential Job Functions Lead Solutions Design for Coupa Configuration Documentation Testing and Delivery with intelligent automation Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications Excellent technical functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay inclusive of Smart Contract Management Spend Analytics Guided Buying and Collaborative Supply Chain Procurement Materials Management Materials Management Direct and Indirect Participate in gathering and documenting overall business requirements Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes Should be able to perform global Coupa configuration Approval Workflow Custom field set up for transactions Chart of account PO forms Catalog Supplier Item User setup Security Roles and Permission as per business requirement Experience in Coupa Configuration and data loads in Sourcing Contracting Purchasing invoicing Master data Supplier Materials and Accounting data and Catalog Management Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form objects Prepare test cases validate deliverables and support client testing and user acceptance testing UAT Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners architects and other stakeholders Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities subject matter experts external consultants cross functional teams add-ons etc Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build sustain meaningful business relationships Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience -
