What You’ll Be Doing (aka Why You’ll Never Be Bored) - Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of business teams (RTR, PTP, Risk, Audit, Trust & Safety... you get the drift) - Translate team needs into real hiring plans, not just job descriptions on a slide - Run smart searches and smarter processes: map markets, benchmark talent, and close roles like a boss - Partner with business leaders like it’s second nature, build trust, influence with data, and keep things moving - Turn insights into impact with dashboards, reports, and hiring analytics that actually tell a story - Design playbooks, structure interviews, and make sure no candidate falls through the cracks - Be the bridge across time zones and cultures, collaborating with stakeholders from Amsterdam to Singapore - Elevate the candidate experience, make it smooth, human, and totally Booking-worthy You’ll Do Great Here If You… - Bring 5–8 years of hands-on recruiting experience (non-tech/corporate hiring preferred) - Are organized, assertive, and solutions-first, you don’t wait for someone else to fix the funnel - Love market research, talent mapping, and discovering what others haven’t seen yet - Speak stakeholder fluently, especially with senior leaders across regions - Can whip up a report, deck, or dashboard that makes people go “aha” - Navigate ambiguity like a champ, bringing structure to chaos - Are tech-savvy (and not just in theory), you live in tools, platforms, and spreadsheets - Have a structured approach, a process mindset, and a bias for action - Think big-picture but can zoom into the day-to-day without losing steam - Have executive presence, serious communication game, and a sense of humor (yes, it helps) What’s In It For You - Global exposure, real ownership: Work across geos, lead important mandates, and influence how we hire at scale - Be part of a tight-knit TA team that’s thoughtful, experimental, and always up for a challenge - Help shape how a Fortune 500 company builds and scales its non-tech engine in India - Flex your curiosity and try new things, we love people who push boundaries and improve how we work - Work in a culture that values transparency, speed, and a bit of quirk If you’ve been looking for a recruiter role that’s more than just filling roles then this is it.
