- Phenom is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position in the Human Resource department.
- HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and implementingHR strategiesand initiatives in line with the overallbusiness strategy. HR Business Partner will also be responsible for managingemployee relations,performance management, andtalent management.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to develop and implement effectiveHR strategies.

Work Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal,organizational skillsand attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suiteor related software.
