Job Title Two-Wheeler Sales Collections - Field Sales Location Warangal Telangana Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Two-Wheeler Sales Collections Executive to handle field sales customer acquisition and timely collections in the Warangal region The role involves sourcing new customers achieving sales targets and managing repayments efficiently Key Responsibilities Generate new business through field sales activities for Two-Wheeler loans Source customers from showrooms dealers and open market Explain loan products EMI structure and documentation requirements to customers Complete KYC documentation and login processes accurately Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets Follow up with customers for EMI collections and overdue payments Coordinate with dealers credit and operations teams Maintain daily MIS and field reports Build strong relationships with dealers and customers Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Loans Vehicle Finance Field Sales Collections Experience in sales recovery collections is mandatory Good knowledge of the local Warangal market Basic understanding of loan documentation and credit process Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license Android mobile required Education Minimum Any Graduate Skills Required Field sales customer handling Dealer sourcing relationship management EMI collections follow-ups Communication negotiation skills Target-oriented approach CTC Benefits Best in the industry Performance-based incentives Travel allowance
