Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Architect to join our team, specifically for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting all phases of architectural and interior design from concept development to site execution and final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for interior residential projects from concept to completion.
- Create detailed architectural and interior layouts, space planning, and presentations.
- Work on refurbishments, new builds, and extension projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to translate requirements into functional and aesthetic designs.
- Oversee on-site execution and ensure that design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.
- Prepare and manage construction documentation and working drawings.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and relevant construction regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Required
- Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in residential interior design
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and current interior design trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
