Job Title Warranty Executive Company Sree Gokulam Motors Location Perumbavoor The Warranty Executive will be responsible for managing the warranty claims process ensuring timely and accurate handling of warranty-related issues and ensuring that all warranty guidelines are followed as per the company policies and manufacturers standards Key Responsibilities Warranty Claim Management Evaluate and process warranty claims submitted by customers dealers and service centers Ensure warranty claims are complete accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures Verify eligibility of claims based on vehicle age mileage and the terms and conditions of the warranty policy Track and monitor the status of open claims ensuring timely resolution and closure Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims approvals and rejections in the system Prepare and submit periodic reports related to warranty claims claim trends and cost analysis Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all parts and services covered under warranty Customer and Dealer Coordination Communicate with customers and dealers regarding warranty claim status required documentation and follow-up actions Handle warranty-related customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Assist dealers with warranty claim procedures and ensure they follow company guidelines Cost Control and Fraud Prevention Monitor warranty costs and ensure claims are processed within budgetary limits Detect and report any fraudulent or suspicious claims Work closely with the finance and accounts team to process warranty-related reimbursements Product and Service Knowledge Stay updated on new products services and warranty terms as well as any changes in industry standards or legal regulations affecting warranties Provide feedback to the product development and quality teams regarding recurring issues or warranty claims trends Internal Reporting and Analysis Analyze warranty data to identify trends or patterns related to vehicle defects or service failures Provide recommendations for improving warranty processes reducing claim costs and enhancing customer satisfaction Compliance Ensure all warranty claims and documentation adhere to the company s warranty policies and the legal requirements of the automobile industry Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all processes are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations Apply Now Mail ID careers cochin gokulammotors com Contact 9072637184 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
