Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Vistex Configurator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Vistex, particularly in configuration and solution delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and implementing Vistex-based solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the configuration and implementation of Vistex solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure Vistex pricing, rebate, incentive, and claims management modules.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Vistex-related issues.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Coordinate with SAP and other application teams for end-to-end integration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3–8 years of experience in Vistex configuration and implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge of Vistex modules (pricing, contracts, rebates, chargebacks, etc.).
- Proven ability to design, configure, and deliver scalable Vistex solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP SD and MM modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities with experience managing or guiding a team.
- Experience working in global delivery environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Vistex certification (if applicable) will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
