Job Description

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with a background in hospitality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Manage the procurement of goods and services required for the hospitality operations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality of products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs based on upcoming events and guest requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding procurement processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
