Responsibilities also include networking with potential employers, managing job applications, and maintaining up-to-date records of the hiring process. Qualifications - Prior experience in recruitment or career counseling is beneficial - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of job market trends and employment strategies - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree/proven interest in Human Resources. Growth Potential : Work directly with leading experts & earn performance based promotions and increments every 6 Months. Salary Guideline - - - 2-4 yrs HR Exp - Rs.40K/Month - 4-6 yrs HR Exp - Rs.60K/Month - >6yrs HR Exp - Negotiable.
