About the Role: A chance to make the difference. The Software Developer UI designs, develops, and maintains user interfaces for Allplan’s desktop applications using C#/WPF. This role works closely in cross-functional teams, focusing on modern UI/UX practices and high-quality user experiences. Responsibilities: - Create, develop, and maintain WPF user interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to translate concepts into functional application features. - Ensure code quality and maintainability through thorough code reviews and adherence to UI best practices. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to UI standards and best practices. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues to optimize usability and performance. - Contribute to documentation, unit testing, and continual process improvement for UI components. - Stay current with WPF, .NET, and UI/UX trends and propose improvements to enhance interface quality. Qualifications: - Several years of experience developing user interfaces with C#/WPF in a professional environment. - Experience with Web UI development. - Deep understanding of UI design principles, MVVM architecture, and modern application best practices. - Proven ability to create clean, maintainable, and scalable UI code. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. - Ability to independently deliver high-quality features while mentoring junior developers. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages and agile methodologies is a plus.
