What are we looking for? We seek experienced, dynamic professionals with strong expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Life Sciences domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end LIMS implementation projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global delivery model. What do we require? - Overall experience: 8–14 years, with at least 5+ years in LIMS implementation and project management for Life Sciences clients. - Core expertise: - Hands-on experience with LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare, LabVantage, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, STARLIMS). - Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes: R&D, Quality Control (Small molecules and large molecules), Manufacturing, Regulatory Compliance. - Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements. - Project Management Skills: - Proven ability to manage end-to-end LIMS projects – from requirements gathering, design, configuration, validation, and deployment to hypercare. - Experience in stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and managing global teams. - Technical & Functional Skills: - Integration of LIMS with ERP, MES, CDS, and other lab instruments. - Familiarity with data migration, validation protocols, and electronic records/e-signatures. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to handle conversations with senior business and technology leaders. - Tools: Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint for planning and reporting. What will you do? At Infosys Consulting, you will: - Lead LIMS implementation projects for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients. - Serve as Project Manager ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with compliance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory. - Drive requirements workshops, solution design, and validation activities. - Manage risk, quality, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to firm-building initiatives, including developing accelerators and best practices for LIMS implementations.
