Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Executive Assistant and Office Admin based in Surat. The candidate will manage Partner's / CEOs schedule, adminstrative tasks, assignment of work, summary updates, email, whatsapp, etc. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, organizing workflows, and providing exceptional support to CEO, clients and team. Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail. Basic atiquete. - Familiarity with basic accounting practices and compliance requirements is desirable. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) office management software & CRM. - A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, commerce graduate or post graduate or a related field is preferred.
