Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India team is hiring Manager, Business Development – Channel Partners to setup and expand a new channel of seller acquisition for Walmart CBT. The role holder will be entrusted to build a network of 3rd party channel partners who will onboard sellers from India onto Walmart marketplace and help them set-up & scale their business. S/He will have the exciting opportunity to frame the strategy and GTM for this channel which includes building frameworks for identifying and onboarding the right channel partners, designing frameworks/SOPs for partner operations, framing partner payout models, and setting up processes and mechanisms for review and continuous improvement of channel efficiency. S/He will also have the opportunity to build a team of partner managers to execute the above-mentioned strategy/GTM. The role holder is expected to operate independently in a nascent, ambiguous and fast paced environment and hence requires an entrepreneurial mindset. S/He will be expected to develop and manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Requirement:

- MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree

-5+ years of Business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients or channel partners.

-2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry.

-Experience in independently analyzing & solving problems

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands

-Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams

-Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility

-Advanced MS office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in cross-border e-commerce landscape

-Team management experience

-B2B experience with manufacturers and suppliers and in-depth knowledge of India's manufacture status is a plus.

-Strong willingness to learn new things preferred.

-Strong ability to work independently and think critically and logically.

-Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects.

-Strong in data analysis
