Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong expertise in Node.Js and React.Js, coupled with hands-on experience in microservices architecture (from design to deployment). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the banking or financial domain, preferably in corporate banking or payments, and possess strong communication and leadership skills to drive delivery across teams Must have: - Must Have Corporate Banking Domain or Banking with Payment domain Experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based applications. - Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements within the banking domain. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code delivery using modern engineering practices. - Integrate solutions across enterprise systems ensuring security, performance, and compliance. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning. - Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and development processes. Required Skills & Experience - 8–15 years of total IT experience with strong exposure to banking or financial services. - Hands-on expertise in Node.Js and React.Js (experience in both is preferred). - Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. - Prior experience in corporate banking or payments systems will be a strong advantage. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical solutions. Good to Have - Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
